The ingredients list is really good except for 1 ingredient Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which is a harsh cleanser – Why some sulphate-free shampoos are harsh
Performance
– Because of the harsh cleanser mentioned in the Ingredient Analysis above, this shampoo is very drying and makes my hair very rough
+ Therefore though it is not a CG friendly shampoo even though it says so, you can use it for a mild clarifying.
TGIN Curl Bomb Moisturizing Styling Gel

- Nettle Leaf

Ingredients after the first 5 to 8 ingredients are in negligible amounts and can be ignored if you are not trying to avoid any ingredient in particular.Read the Ingredients List, Not the Product Claims.
The ingredients list is quite good for a gel – Ingredients to Look for in a Hair Gel
Performance
+ It is a good non sticky gel with medium hold
– It doesn’t provide much frizz control or hold like I’d expect from a good gel
TGIN Green Tea Super Moist Leave in Conditioner
“Our tgin Green Tea Super Moist Leave In Conditioner & Detangler naturally solves all your dryness and tangling needs throughout your day without the slightest hassle or mess.”
You can buy it here (India) or here (US) -#CommissionsEarned
Ingredient Analysis
- Water
- Behentrimonium Methosulfate – Cationic surfactant, tames frizz
- Green Tea Leaf Extract
- Aloe Barbedensis Leaf Juice
- Cocoa Seed Butter
- Shea Butter
- Argan Oil
- Sweet Almond Oil
Ingredients after the first 5 to 8 ingredients are in negligible amounts and can be ignored if you are not trying to avoid any ingredient in particular. Read the Ingredients List, Not the Product Claims.
The ingredients list is quite clean and good. It is very heavy in oils and butters.
Performance
+ Provides good shine and moisture to hair
– Because it is rich in oils and butters, it can weigh down hair easily even if you go slightly overboard. I use it sparingly.
Have you used TGIN products? How do you like them?

Depends on your hair type and how dry it is. KKKT is lighter and better for wavy or fine hair

Hi Anjana, I’d like to buy ‘tgin green tea leave in’ in India online. Do you think naturallyyoume.com is reliable/genuine? Or any other website suggestions?
Thank you.

Sonali, I have mentioned that in the review as my experience too!

Hey Anjana,
Do you know how to make bottom layers wave or curl? I have very heavy thick long hair so when I scrunch/squish my hair to bring out my waves, the top layer looks great but the bottom is weighed down too much and are limp. Is my haircut the problem or the products I use?
I also wanted to ask how to make a gel cast on my hair because the devacurl archangel brand doesn’t harden and I use A LOT. My hair becomes a tangled mess by day 3 and everything loosens out 🙁 sorry for the long inquiry!
Thanks!
Neelam

Hey Neelam, what kind of a haircut do you have?
These gels give me the best cast – https://www.curlsandbeautydiary.com/kinky-curly-curling-custard-review/

I have lots of layers and inverted layers. my hair length is around 20 inches. I am having trouble finding a hair stylist that wants to work with my natural texture so everyone I go to straightens it then cuts my hair.

Then I guess it’s just because of your wavy pattern. Wavy hair tends to become straighter at the roots when longer.

Hi Anjana,
I would like your advice on this product range https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00LS2BZ6M?ref=em_1p_1_ti&ref_=pe_1042711_368742121. Currently I am using Cantu products, but would like to try the Shea moisture line. Mainly because of the silk protein content. I have 2b / 2c , not so thick hair. So I am worried if this will suit my hair (it says for thick curly hair). I would appreciate if you can give some feedback on this product (not necessarily after using it, but from the ingredients and other feedback). Thanks in advance.

I have used the smoothie, it was too rich for my hair. I’ve also used the conditioner, it was a really good product!

Prompt, as always! Many thanks. Would it suit non-voluminous hair? I have lost the density due to frequent relocations and also age factor. Thanks.

I assume so, but can’t guarantee. It isn’t too greasy or heavy
