The ingredients list is really good except for 1 ingredient Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which is a harsh cleanser – Why some sulphate-free shampoos are harsh

Performance
– Because of the harsh cleanser mentioned in the Ingredient Analysis above, this shampoo is very drying and makes my hair very rough
+ Therefore though it is not a CG friendly shampoo even though it says so, you can use it for a mild clarifying.

+ It is a good non sticky gel with medium hold
– It doesn’t provide much frizz control or hold like I’d expect from a good gel

The ingredients list is quite clean and good. It is very heavy in oils and butters.

+ Provides good shine and moisture to hair
– Because it is rich in oils and butters, it can weigh down hair easily even if you go slightly overboard. I use it sparingly.
