“I started the curly girl method around 11 months ago. I saw various Youtube videos, read posts on NaturallyCurly.com, started following Instacurlies; And then I stumbled upon your page – I looked at your hair and said to myself “my hair is like hers, the texture”. I went through your blog and saw your hair routine video. I tried using your method and the results were beautiful.. I’m so happy now! I even have great second day hair. Thanks a lot.

My curly hair routine :

• Weekly I use warm coconut oil and olive oil for scalp and hair – Oils and curly hair – Benefits, types and ways to apply
• I use Not Your Mother’s shampoo.
• Then I squish to condish with Suave naturals waterfall mist conditioner or TRESemme Botanique Conditioner, Nourish and Replenish.
• On dripping wet hair I use the praying hands method to apply Kinky-Curly Knot Today Leave In Conditioner/Detangler.
• I scrunch the water out and then scrunch in Aussie gel or Garnier Fructis Style Pure Clean Styling Gel
• Then I plop for 10 minutes and diffuse. I use high heat and low air to diffuse.
• After my hair is 100% dry, I scrunch out the crunch.”
