I was looking for products without artificial fragrances. That is when I came across the Jessicurl line of curly hair products. I purchased their Gentle Lather Shampoo and Too Shea Extra Moisturizing Conditioner.

Description by Jessicurl: Gentle Lather Shampoo is completely different from those bad old days of harsh shampoos. It uses only the gentlest cleansing agents available and creates a mild creamy lather. It will clean your hair but will not strip it out.

Ingredients after the first 5 to 8 ingredients are in negligible amounts and can be ignored if you are not trying to avoid any ingredient in particular – Read the Ingredients List, Not the Product Claims. I love the ingredients list. It’s filled with mild cleansers.

+ Doesn’t dry out hair
– It is not the most moisturizing shampoo that I’ve used.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Jessicurl Gentle Lather Shampoo as my cleanser. I started with the small bottle and have purchased 2 salon sized bottles after that. It is my go to cleanser nowadays.
