Flairosol Bottle: My refreshing game was never perfect. I would end up with frizzy, droopy waves post refreshing and that would turn into a bun or a ponytail. How I wished for Day 2 hair!
That’s when I came across this marvellous product on a curly hair forum. Many curlies swear by it so I decided to give it a go.

One of the biggest issues I had with refreshing was that my curls would get drenched in water so much with normal spray bottles and start drooping. The flairosol bottle sprays such a fine light mist of water that there is just enough dampness to refresh my curls and reactivate the products in my hair which totally prevents drenching/soaking them or developing a frizzy head.
The spray is continual and so you can cover large areas of hair fast. You just have to pump it several times to get the spray going, then with constant pumps you will get perfect continual misting.
The body has a double wall – the inner thin wall collapses as you spray so you don’t have the issue of your spray bottle getting squeezed and going out of shape. This product design is sooo clever!
The only thing stopping me from beautiful 2nd day hair was a change of my spray bottle!

Hi Anjana,
I bought something like this to refresh the curls in the morning. However whenever spraying the water mixed with a bit of leave-in conditioner, my curls lose definition and get even frizzier.
I do not touch my hair with my hands at all during the process. I tried with different leave-ins but same result.
Weirdly, my hair doesn’t frizz while soaking wet and after the shower. Only when trying to refresh.
Would you know what can be done?

You could also try combining the 1st method with the flairosol bottle.
