My Favourite Hair Products and Best Hair Days of 2017

Like last year, as we near the end of 2017, I thought I’d do a collection post of my favourite hair products and my best curly hair days of the leaving year.

These are the products that I most used and most loved in 2017.

Favourite conditioner – Devacurl One Condition Conditioner
Favourite styling product – Cantu Shea Butter Conditioning Creamy Hair Lotion
Favourite leave in – As I Am Leave In Conditioner
Favourite gel – DevaCurl Ultra Defining Gel
Favourite shampoo – WOW Anti Dandruff Shampoo
Diffuser (I have used just this one for the whole year) – Wahl 5439-024 Hair Dryer with Diffuser

what about deep conditioner… which one is your fav

I just use my regular conditioner mixed with coconut or olive oil

Hey Anjana! I use Biotique baby shampoo. I always believed baby shampoos to be milder than regular shampoos 😁 The ingredient list doesn’t show any sulphates. But then my conditioners and hair serum have silicones in them. Is it suggestible to continue using it? Or is it better I move onto regular adult shampoos?

It’s better to use shampoos that you know have sulphates in them!

Hey Anjana,
What is the difference here with the styling product and Leave -in I mean the way in which u apply them ?I use cantu lotion after washing and then scrunch my hair with water (like u do the leave in ) and apply the Deva Curl gel is it right way ? or Is Lotion different from Leave in

I apply all my products in the same way 🙂 You can also try applying your leave in just like you apply your conditioner.
