I know I haven’t written a ‘Beauty’ article in a long time. So here goes! “Favourite Five” are the top 5 beauty products from the ones I currently use. I have also included mini reviews under each to let you know how well they work 🙂

Grace Cole Magnolia & Vanilla Cleansing Shower Gel

I love the satin bow and golden cap. Probably the reason I purchased it in the 1^st place 😛 But I have fallen in love with the smell. It’s a very luxurious creamy musky smell with added chamomile and Indian ginger for a calming bath. Grace Cole Magnolia & Vanilla Cleansing Shower Gel lathers well and a little product goes a long way. The flip cap ensures the shower gel doesn’t flow out more than needed.

Avene Thermal Spring Water

I initially purchased this for in flight use because the insides of my nose get really dry inside the flight. I have extended the use of Avene Thermal Spring Water to refresh my face and hair also and it works wonders. This is sourced from the natural springs and is been known to soothe sensitive skin post-workout, and during travel and outdoor activities. Avene Thermal Spring Water is rich in minerals and trace elements.

Dove Original Anti Perspirant Deodorant Stick

Along with Revlon Love her madly, this is my absolute favourite holy grail deo stick. I love the original signature Dove fragrance – clean and simple with no fancy frills. It is a very delicate smell that lasts for almost 6 hours. The spray form is a little too strong for me and this stick is my favorite.

Maybelline Hypercurl Volum’ Express Mascara

The curled brush works to curl your eyelashes. I don’t think it gives too much volume. But it’s good as a not-too-dramatic mascara. It has slight clumping but the gel based formula is very good. Overall it is a good basic mascara to have to enhance your lashes but retain their natural look.

 The Body Shop Red Musk Fragrance Mist

I love musky warm fragrances. So when I tried this and the Black musk from TBS, I immediately bought them both. This has got really warm fuzzy spicy notes of cinnamon and tobacco. I love it.
