Performance:

Camille Rose Naturals Sweet Ginger Cleaning Rinse is hands down the best sulphate free shampoo I’ve used!

+ It’s the mildest shampoo I’ve used – It’s like a baby of a shampoo and a cowash
+ Lathers well
+ Cleans day-to-day dirt and sweat well (It is not a heavy duty cleanser)
+ Doesn’t dry out hair at all
+ Doesn’t tangle hair
– I have no negatives. I have already repurchased it twice and it will remain a staple in my bathroom πŸ™‚

In short: Camille Rose Naturals Sweet Ginger Cleaning Rinse is hands down the best sulphate free shampoo I’ve used! It’s mild, non-drying and smells delicious.

Blog Comments

Hi Anjana,

I just wanted to tell you that I’m so happy that I found your blog a couple months ago! I used to straighten my hair al the time because I just didn’t know what to do with my frizzy ‘poofball’. :p But thanks to your blog, I know what types of products I should be using en how to use them. It really saved my hair from any more damage and I love to wear it curly now. My boyfriend is also in love with my ‘new’ curly hair, haha. So a really big Thank You for sharing your experience! πŸ˜€

P.S. I hope you like it here in the Netherlands. Greetings from a dutch girl. πŸ™‚

I am so glad to hear from you Sofia! I am loving the Netherlands πŸ™‚

It’s great that it’s so mild and still lathers. I’m sure it feels great to use, but it’s so ridiculously expensive!😩☹️

I agree πŸ™ :'(

Hi Anjana,

Great bit of review. Camille Rose Naturals Sweet Ginger Cleaning Rinse looks like a good product. Your reviews are very in-depth and helpful.

Thanks for sharing, have a good day.

I have curly hair and my hair type is extremely dry and frizzy.. I am currently using wow anti dandruff shampoo, enliven conditioner, and cantu hair lotion..
The above products are helping me to a great extent
But the dryness of the hair still remains
It does not look moisturized..
Can u let me know an intense conditioner to use after shampoo and before cantu lotion instead of enliven to overcome my dryness.. Preferably sulphate and paraben free..
Also, can u suggest a mild shampoo which does not dry out my hair and also helps fight dandruff problem

I have heard great things about the Re’equil conditioner from fellow curlies though I haven’t used it myself

Thank u Anjana! This helps😊

Hi Anjana,

I like to oil(coconut) my hair every once in a while and wanted to know what is a good shampoo that can clean my oiled hair without making it too dry.

Any shampoo πŸ™‚ It’s about varying the quantity to find out the sweet spot between removing oil and not making hair dry
